I am having trouble opening .tef files I have downloaded onto my tablet with the TEFpad Android app. When I open them using the app, it loads an empty file with no tablature.

Where can I find the app?
You can purchase TEFpad LE (Light Edition) from the Google Play Store. After installing TEFpad LE, the upgrade to TEFpad Pro is available as an In-App purchase.
TEFpad Demo is also available as a download from the TablEdit Website as an .apk file. If you like the Demo version, you can buy TEFpad Pro directly from this page.
How can I convert a tablature created for another instrument?
It is very easy to convert an existing tef file with TEFpad. Just tap the tuning area and change the tuning in the Score Properties view.
I've already bought TEFpad Pro. Can I get TablEdit for free or at a discounted price?
TablEdit for Macintosh and TablEdit for Windows are sold as separate products at $59.97(US) each. TEFpad Pro is sold as InApp purchase from TEFpad LE at the already low price of $19.95(US). However TEFpad Pro users qualify for discount on cross platform upgrade to TablEdit for Windows or TablEdit for Mac.
What is the difference between TEFpad and TEFpad Pro?
The files you have created on your device with TEFpad can be edited and saved without any limitation. However, regarding the files you have not created with TEFpad, only the first 16 measures can be saved. In addition, the app doesn't allow to copy the contents of one of these files into another file. To get rid of all these limitations, you can upgrade to TEFpad Pro. TEFpad Pro can be purchased only from TEFpad LE as "InApp" purchase.
