TablEdit Users Say:
"TablEdit is an absolute must have for any guitarist or musician. It has expanded my knowledge of music theory ten-fold. It has increased my songwriting and compositions skills. It has allowed me exponential growth as a guitarist by helping me to master difficult pieces that would otherwise have taken much longer to learn and at the great cost and expense of private guitar lessons. Big bonus is the top notch customer support provided by Keith and the other guys at TablEdit: professional, friendly, precise, and prompt! If I had just had TablEdit 10 years ago, I might have been able to turn my passion for guitar into a music career."

Mac Help
| This dialog allows you to set the parameters for MIDI recording.
| "Recording" This check box allows the activation of the recording and has the same effect as the button displayed in the Tool Bar. If selected, all notes sent by the external MIDI source will be entered into the tablature of the active module.
| There are two methods of recording:
| You simply play the notes on your MIDI instrument. The "Automatic Cursor Advancement" feature moves you to the next position once a note or chord has been played.
| You start the MIDI playback. The notes you play are inserted into the active module as you play them. In this mode, the "Ignore note Duration", "Ignore Velocity", "Quantize Notes", "Optimize Fingerings" and "String Deduction" options function in exactly the same way as the equivalent options the Import MIDI dialog.
